What Problem We Solved
Existing time tracking tools forced teams into a painful trade-off: track everything and risk being seen as surveillance (which traditional monitoring causes for a large share of employees, alongside higher talent churn), or track nothing and lose visibility into productivity, accurate billing, and resource allocation.
On top of that, most trackers on the market didn't offer task and project modules or built-in invoicing — leaving freelancers and agencies stitching together separate tools just to manage projects, track time, and bill clients.
