My Site Solutions is a construction workforce and site management platform that helps construction companies organize labor, manage worker compliance documentation, and assign work across active job sites. A web dashboard for office administrators is paired with a Flutter mobile app so field teams can manage day-to-day site operations directly from the job site.
The platform was built to handle the day-to-day realities of construction site management, where labor organization, compliance tracking, and work assignment all need to happen in one connected system — accessible from the office and the field alike — rather than across scattered paperwork and spreadsheets.
SaaSify Labs delivered full-stack development for My Site Solutions — from UI/UX design to the React web dashboard, Flutter mobile app, and Node.js/Firebase backend — shipping the system in 3 months in 2022.

What Problem We Solved
Construction companies were managing labor, worker compliance cards, and site assignments through a patchwork of paperwork and disconnected tools — making it hard to know who was on-site, whether their compliance documentation was current, and how work was actually being assigned day to day.
The client needed a single system, accessible both from the office and directly on-site via mobile, that could organize the workforce, keep compliance records up to date, and let site managers assign and track work without relying on manual coordination between field and office teams.
