About the Project
UWC (United World Colleges) is a UK-based international education organization with government ties, operating colleges across multiple countries. SaaSify Labs built an automated survey platform that lets UWC run international-level surveys and gives decision-makers reliable, country-level data to act on.
Before this platform, UWC's team relied on tools like Typeform alongside manual processes to collect and interpret feedback across its international network — a workflow that scaled poorly across countries and decision-makers.
SaaSify Labs delivered full-stack development for the platform — including AI-optimized survey logic, real-time notifications, and a country-level analytics dashboard — built on Next.js, NestJS, MongoDB, and Google Cloud, shipping in 8 months in 2023.

What Problem We Solved
UWC needed to run surveys across an international network of colleges and stakeholders, but were stuck doing it manually using generic tools like Typeform — with no built-in way to aggregate, analyze, or act on results at a country level.
