90-Day Contract Period
The engineer joins your team on a contract basis — full-time hours, your tools, your workflow. They do real work on your real product. You evaluate them exactly as you would a full-time hire.

30 and 60 Day Check-ins
We run structured check-ins at 30 and 60 days with both you and the engineer. If anything is not working, we can swap the engineer with zero extra cost and zero downtime.

Convert or Part Ways
At day 90 you decide. Convert to full-time employment with a simple conversion fee — or part ways with no obligation. Either way you have 90 days of real output to show for it.

How Full-Time Conversion Works
At the end of the 90-day trial period you have two options:
Option 1 — Convert to full-time:
Pay a one-time conversion fee and the engineer becomes your direct full-time employee. We handle the transition paperwork and offboarding from our side.
Option 2 — Part ways:
No obligation. No fee. The contract ends cleanly and you keep everything that was built during the trial.
