About the Role
Design at SaaSify Labs means owning the full product design process — from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity Figma designs and developer handoff. You will work across multiple client projects, establish design systems, and collaborate closely with engineers to ship products people love.
What You'll Do
- Lead UX research and user interviews to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Design high-fidelity UI in Figma, following brand guidelines
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with developers during implementation
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Present designs to stakeholders and gather feedback
- Ensure designs are accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA standards)
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years product design experience
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design
- Experience designing for both web and mobile
- Design systems experience
- User research and usability testing experience
- Strong communication skills for client-facing work
- Understanding of front-end development constraints
Nice to Have
- +Motion design experience (After Effects, Principle)
- +Experience with design tokens and Storybook
- +Background in SaaS or fintech products
