About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our core product team. You'll work directly with founders to design, build, and ship high-quality web applications using our primary stack: NestJS, Next.js, and PostgreSQL. This is a high-ownership role — you'll make architectural decisions, lead features from design to deployment, and mentor junior team members when needed.
What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable REST/GraphQL APIs with NestJS
- Build responsive Next.js frontends with clean component architecture
- Own features end-to-end from database schema to UI
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs
- Optimize for performance, security, and scalability
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years with React or Next.js in production
- 3+ years with Node.js (NestJS or Express) building APIs
- Strong SQL knowledge — PostgreSQL preferred
- Experience with TypeScript (required)
- Understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Strong English communication skills
