AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

SaaSify Labs is embedding AI into every product we build. We need an AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered features — from LLM integrations to custom ML pipelines. You will work closely with our engineering team to ship production AI systems that create real value for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement LLM-powered features using OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models
• Build RAG pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Integrate LangChain or similar frameworks for complex AI workflows
• Build and deploy ML models for classification, recommendation, or NLP tasks
• Optimize AI costs, latency, and reliability in production
• Collaborate with backend engineers to expose AI capabilities via APIs
• Stay current with AI research and apply relevant findings
• Document AI system designs and prompt engineering decisions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years production ML/AI engineering experience
• Python proficiency (required)
• Experience with OpenAI or similar LLM APIs
• LangChain or equivalent framework experience
• Vector database experience (Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
• Understanding of transformer models and fine-tuning
• Experience deploying ML models to production
• Strong Python and API development skills
